What to wear
You can start with regular sportswear. We recommend wearing long-legged pants. After a few weeks, it is recommended to purchase a proper judogi. You can ask your instructors for advice on where to buy one. In addition to these it is recommended to have with you a water bottle, a small towel for washing your feet before the training and slippers to walk from the locker room to the tatami. All jewelry needs to be removed before training, nails needs to be kept short and long hair tied with a soft hair tie (no metal parts).
